YEAR ABROAD - FIRST THINGS FIRST
So for some context, as part of a languages degree in the UK, it’s compulsory to spend a year living in a destination of your choice to improve your language (and in my university’s case, complete your dissertation). I chose Florianópolis, Brazil, a small island in the south as the language I needed to improve most was Portuguese.
